Running from 3rd of June - 24th June at The Rowan Gallery in Helensburgh, 'Badlands on Fire' is a unique collection of art borne out of collaboration between musician Adam Nutter and Scottish artist Ross McCully.

Adam, known as the guitarist for the band 'The Music' released his first solo album 'Badlands on Fire'  earlier on this year and as part of the overall concept album he asked Ross to paint a canvas for each track using the soundscape as inspiration.

The pieces he’s come up with are bursting with colour and perfectly capture the emotional essence of each song. The title painting is used as the album's artwork which truly makes it a standout album cover.
